Sales Enablement & Event Marketing Manager


BlytzPay is a fast-paced, dynamic organization where no two days are the same. We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Sales Enablement & Event Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be responsible for optimizing our sales team's effectiveness while also managing and executing impactful marketing events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Comms, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our sales team has the resources needed to succeed, while also driving the execution of events that elevate our brand and create high-quality engagement with prospects, customers, and partners. Key Responsibilities


Sales Enablement:

  • Lead the creation and optimization of sales content, tools, and resources that empower the sales team to engage with prospects and close deals effectively.
  • Create and maintain sales materials, including playbooks, use cases, and event-specific collateral.
  • Work with leadership to identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and improvement opportunities within the sales process.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Comms to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage all email marketing efforts through HubSpot.
  • Monitor KPIs to measure the success of sales initiatives and continuously iterate to improve sales productivity.


Event Marketing:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events including trade shows, user conferences, and webinars.
  • Develop an event calendar that aligns with sales and marketing objectives, ensuring each event is designed to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and elevate brand presence.
  • Manage event logistics, including travel, budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure events are aligned with target accounts and key sales initiatives, driving meaningful follow-up and conversions post-event.
  • Oversee the creation of product marketing content, event collateral, and promotional materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Track and analyze event performance, using data to optimize future event strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Foster partnerships with key industry organizations, vendors, and influencers to maximize event reach and visibility.
  • Own our social media presence, working with Comms to create high-impact posts.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, event marketing, or a related field, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in event planning and management, including both in-person and virtual events.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • The ability to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Experience managing social media initiatives.
