Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
- Experience working with children or other vulnerable populations such as the geriatric population or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must have availability from 2:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Being Bilingual is a Plus
About the Role:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
- Provide in-home one-on-one play based teaching to children ages 3-12 with ASD to help promote language, behavioral, social and daily living skills in a fun setting to increase motivation and positive performance
- Build rapport with client and families and help teach caregivers how to implement behavior programs and procedures
- Implement behavior programs, collect data, and complete daily session notes for clients programs designed by BCBA to help children increase skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Work Remotely
- Paid online training for RBT 40 Hour Course will be provided upon hire to achieve RBT Certification if not already Certified
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
