Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivielent
- Must have valid drivers license and insurance
- Experience working with children or other vulnerable populations such as the geriatric population or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilites
- Provide one-on-one play based teaching to children ages 3-12 with ASD to help promote language, behavioral, social and daily living skills in a fun setting to increase motivation and positive performance
- Build rapport with client and families and help teach caregivers how to implement behavior programs and procedures
- Implement behavior programs, collect data, and complete daily session notes for clients programs designed by BCBA to help children increase skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Work Remotely
- Paid online training for RBT 40 Hour Course will be provided upon hire to achieve RBT Certification if not already Certified
Summary
As a Behavior Technician, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality support to individuals with behavioral health needs, particularly children and those with developmental disabilities. Reporting to the supervising clinician, your core responsibilities will include implementing care plans, maintaining medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your premium skills in applied behavior analysis and experience working with autism will enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Additionally, your ability to manage behavior and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) will significantly contribute to the well-being and development of the individuals you support.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
