Customer Services and Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Facilitate in-person assistance with customers to build client relationships founded on trust and mutual respect.
- Ensure all customer issues are handled promptly and effectively, going above and beyond to find solutions that exceed expectations.
- Become a skilled expert with thorough knowledge of our products and services to offer customers the best options available.
- Utilize proactive sales techniques to identify customer needs and offer top-quality solutions and products such as Internet, TV, and wireless services.
- Continuously explore innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction, acting as a problem-solver and resource.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and service goals through active engagement, follow-up, and upselling when appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with urgency and professionalism increasing company profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent communication and follow-through on client needs.
Customer Services and Sales Associate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive results.
- A curious, proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and offer better solutions.
- Persistence and determination in overcoming challenges and delivering superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and offer insightful solutions.
