Our firm is small but rapidly growing, doubling in size in the last 3 months, our Residential Team Members are known for providing our community with top-notch, hands-on customer support. Due to our stellar reputation for helping loyal customers navigate our client’s notable array of products and services, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the local community. You will benefit from extensive training and support from senior Residential Team Members ensuring your growth at our company and beyond.
Responsibilities of a Residential Team Member:
- Communicate directly with customers, recommending client products and services that adequately meet their needs
- Assist in troubleshooting all issues regarding billing, service, client and technician communications, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Facilitate lines of communication between customers, clients, and staff ensuring a smooth sales process for all parties from the initial point of contact to point of service activation
- Abide by all compliance procedures set forth by the company and client, maintaining both parties’ reputations through integrity and professionalism
- Contribute to the training and development of junior Residential Team Members, ensuring they are able to fulfill responsibilities outlined above
Qualifications for a Residential Team Member:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1 years of customer service experience, preferred
- Good communication skills and a desire to help others
- Willingness to take and implement feedback
- Leadership potential, ability to teach and train others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,676.00 - $53,443.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
