Junior Recruiter - Job Description
Position Summary: The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment team in identifying, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates. This role provides a unique opportunity to grow within talent acquisition, offering direct involvement in multiple recruitment processes and collaboration with senior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings across various platforms and social media channels.
- Source potential candidates using databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone, video, or in-person meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with preparation and management of recruitment-related documents.
- Provide ongoing candidate engagement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous recruitment or HR experience (internship experience is acceptable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
