Job Description
BME Fire Trucks is seeking an Administrative Technician to join our team. As an admin tech you will be responsible for providing cross functional support throughout various teams in our admin office.
Requirements:Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, preparing, reviewing, and processing various documents
- Disseminating and organizing files
- Researching, analyzing and managing data

- Efficiently coordinating with other departments
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to use basic office equipment, including document copying and scanning
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to communicate clearly concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work cooperatively with others as a team and with people of diverse backgrounds
- Multitasking
- Flexibility in day-to-day tasks
- Critical Thinking
- Attention to detail
- High level organizational skills
