Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to serve as our Office Manager / Field Service and Repair Depot Support / Customer Relations specialist. This multifaceted role combines office management, on-site support, customer engagement, and in-house repair depot organization, ensuring smooth operations and fostering lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at juggling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and supply management.
    • Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and coordinate internal communications.
    • Ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
  • Field Support:

    • Provide on-site support for service technicians, assisting with logistics and coordination.
    • Liaise between field teams and management to facilitate timely resolution of service issues.
    • Assist in coordinating field operations and scheduling maintenance or repair appointments as needed.
  • In-House Repair Depot:
    • Manage and oversee the in-house repair depot, ensuring proper organization of parts, and repair workflows.
    • Coordinate depot operations to support efficient turnaround times and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
    • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate field support operations and work collaboratively with technical teams.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) and basic IT skills.
  • Prior experience in a technical or service-oriented industry is a plus.
