Position Overview : Bio-Medical Equipment Service Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing active accounts through proactive account management. You will engage directly with customers to facilitate equipment servicing, equipment sales, and cross-selling opportunities. This role requires a strong ability to build lasting relationships and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success in fulfilling our mission to keep equipment healthy for patient care.

Job Type : Full Time (On-Site at BMES) Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Accounts : Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring smooth communication with the ability to answer product & service questions.
  • Customer Retention : Maintain a customer-focused sales approach to ensure long-term client satisfaction and account health.
  • Market Research : Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our services.
  • Sales Reporting : Track activities, forecast sales, and report progress to management.
  • Industry Tradeshows : Attend 1-2 annual industry tradeshows within your territory when necessary.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Acute Hospital Environment experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills working as a team player.
