Job description
Role:
The core mission of the Taylor Dunn Technician is to repair and maintain customer equipment (people movers, and related warehouse equipment) on the road in a safe and professional manner. All service activities as directed by your supervisor will be completed in accordance to OSHA and company safety guidelines. Your overall core responsibility is to follow the spirit of the corporate Values and Culture to provide an extraordinary customer service experience for the customer
This role includes:
- Hourly pay overtime (40 - 45 hrs a week)
- Benefits (health, vision, dental, 401(k) w/ match, life insurance, disability)
- 8 paid company holidays per year
- Company vehicle
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area including your company vehicle
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Follow all company operating and process procedures
- Complete all repairs as directed using company and manufacture procedures and guidelines
- Communicate with the dispatcher as required to maintain efficient and productive activity.
- Traveling to customer sites
Expectations:
- Projects are completed with 100% customer satisfaction
- Proper documentation is submitted to the sales team within 24 hours of completion of a job
- Arrive on time and follow company protocols
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Turn in all warranty parts the same day as the repair
- Wear required uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Basic understanding of small truck / forklift electrical systems
