Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee the Field and Inside Sales teams, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and aligned with company objectives.
- Strategy & Structure: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including team structure, performance metrics, and incentive programs.
- Sales Growth: Develop value propositions and creative sales approaches to build new business, support existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
- Training & Coaching: Facilitate regular coaching sessions, sales training, and development of best practices. Encourage continuous learning within the team.
- Process & Efficiency: Streamline sales operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality sales documentation.
- Customer Relationships: Collaborate with departments to enhance customer experience and manage escalated client issues with professionalism.
- Sales Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, quotes, and orders to measure success and drive performance improvements.

- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
