What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer/Forklift Operator position at BMI Hospitality Management?
Ballard Management, Inc. is a local company building and remodeling hotels in Western Washington. Currently we are looking to add a full time Construction Laborer/Forklift Operator to our team.

Job duties include:
- Removal of scrap drywall and affiliated materials
- Forklift operation
- Sweeping and cleaning
- General site clean up
- Moving furniture
- Organize and clean job site
- Some light carpentry work required
Job requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Forklift Operator certification/license required - willing to provide training for the right candidate
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs
- Able to work a consistent schedule, M-F, 7:30-4pm
Salary : $28 - $32
