About the Role
At BMNT, Senior Analysts play an integral role in the consultative process that forms the basis for everything we do for our customers, and they drive various aspects and key decision points within the project life cycle. A high-performing Senior Analyst will therefore demonstrate expertise in everything we do at BMNT, and is able to effectively communicate BMNT's competitive advantage in order to build credibility and trust with our customers.
H4X Labs partners with founders to build next generation companies. We focus on partnering with dual-use, Deep Tech companies to grow their businesses in the commercial and government market.
As part of the H4XLabs team, the Senior Program Analyst (SPA) assists in the execution of H4XLabs programs. H4XLabs has several accelerator programs that take place in parallel with each other and the SPA is responsible for supporting the team in the planning of the program as well as creation of the in-person and virtual components that foster community engagement. In addition, s / he should have market research and analytical skills in order to conduct research and help advisors and company teams make informed decisions to deliver against business goals. Finally, the SPA will support the administrative duties, operations and the execution of the programs. This position is ideal for candidates that thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment and have a proven track record in outreach support and building relationships with internal teams and external organizations.
What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities) :
- Leading customer meetings and phone calls, including the ability to answer in-depth questions about H4XLabs.
- Quickly understands the scope and root of a problem, synthesizes and analyzes data, and presents findings in a clear, succinct, and polished manner.
- Independently resolve issues as they arise.
- Providing guidance, motivation, support, and role modeling to fellow Analysts.
- Conducting market analysis to support the core team, advisors and portfolio companies. This includes conducting independent research and developing project plans to support a cohort or an individual company.
- Developing communications and outreach engagement materials for specific audiences and stakeholders to support targeted outreach efforts.
- Developing content for digital presence - and ensure optimal digital engagement across H4XLabs website, Linkedin, Slacks, in order to engage and support H4XLabs communities.
- Providing support for developing and maintaining website content, policies, presentations, and other written documents.
- Building a network of contacts with respective startup, investor communities
- Writes well, with very little correction needed from others.
- Leading parts of the operations of the H4XLabs programs, events, and daily operations, including supporting other analysts
- Leading elements of the customer relationship, including setting agendas and closing-out action items.
- Supporting the team by arranging meetings, preparing materials, following up with outreach tasks, and tracking team targets.
- Exhibiting respectful behavior and following company policies. Models the desired behaviors of a successful contributor at BMNT, as explained in the Employee Handbook.
- Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
