As a Financial Service Representative at BMO Financial Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding customers as they enter the branch, offering advice and guidance on digital and self-serve options, and conducting client conversations about banking services to recommend alternative channels and provide personal banking and investment advice.
You will also review customer profiles, engage in needs-based conversations, and identify potential opportunities to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a focus on results and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

Requirements include:
- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (as required by jurisdiction)
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications
- Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions
