Job Description
As a Lobby Leader at BMO Financial Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and prospects. Your primary goal is to identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that are in their best interests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with branch colleagues and BMO partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow customers' relationships beyond personal banking.
- Welcome and guide customers through the branch lobby, offering advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options.
- Assist in conducting client conversations about banking services, recommending alternative channels and providing personal banking and investment advice.
- Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
- Support operational activities, such as inventory management, escalated service requests, and follow-up on customer applications.
Requirements:
- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study.
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months).
- Confident and experienced use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
- BASIC knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
