We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on and motivated Digital Development Lead for a hybrid role, based out Naperville IL, to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions using Java and AWS. As a technical leader, you will work with a team of developers to ensure technical excellence, and drive successful delivery of complex software projects.

- Lead projects and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage team growth and performance with onshore and offshore teams.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
