Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow the customer's relationship beyond personal banking.
- Welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby, offering advice on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
- Conduct client conversations about banking services, recommending alternative channels and providing personal banking and investment advice as a lobby leader.
- Meet customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
- Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
- Contribute to meeting branch business results and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Support operational activities, including inventory management, escalated service requests, and following up on customer applications.
- Act as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team.
- Prove your ability to understand customer needs and integrate marketing promotions into conversations to provide strategic advice.
- Organize work information for accuracy and completeness.
- Find creative approaches to make each customer's experience feel personal.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience.
Requirements:
- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months).
- Confident use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
- Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
- Passionate commitment to helping customers.
- Familiarity with results-driven sales and team-based environments.
- Resourceful self-starter with courage and confidence to approach customers.
- Ability to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.

Benefits:
BMO offers a competitive salary range of $41,715.00 - $49,000.00, paid hourly or annually. Salaries vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
