**Job Description:**
We are seeking experienced Senior Relationship Managers (RMs) and Portfolio Managers (PMs) to join our Diversified Industries & Emerging Middle Market Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and growth in the market share across all industry verticals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and leverage strong relationships with customers, COIs, and key stakeholders in the market.
- Drive business development plans to achieve or exceed business goals.
- Provide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
- Ensure required internal control standards, including adherence to audit, regulatory, and compliance policies.
Requirements:
- Typically 10 years of experience calling on companies in middle market generating $10MM - 10B in revenue.
- Demonstrated history of successful business development, including ability to network in external markets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry verticals and market's competitive environment.
- Experience in contact negotiations with both clients and legal counsel.
- Risk Management, Sales and Service Management, Relationship Management, Change Leadership, Conflict Management & Resolution, Resource Planning, Business Acumen, Financial and Working Capital Understanding, Strategic Thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to established qualification standards.
