We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Retail Banking Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, while identifying their financial needs and providing advice and guidance on relevant solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• To deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by proactively engaging with them to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• To work collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver a desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives
• To act as an originator of consumer loans, requiring registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
• To take the lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify immediate/future opportunities

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field
• A post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Registration to sell investment products completed as required for the jurisdiction
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products
• Experience in financial services is an asset
