As a Retail Banking Sales & Service representative, you will work collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver a desired customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- You will proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify immediate/future opportunities.
- You will take a lead in completing needs assessments that identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
- You will offer clients advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options.
