Banking Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the branch team and BMO partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Act as an originator of consumer loans, following regulations and guidelines.
- Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support customer transactions and address questions and issues raised through consumer credit audits.
Qualifications:
- Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Registration to sell investment products (Canada only).
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
- Strong knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
