Fiber Installation Technician (1099 Contractor)

Job Overview:
We’re seeking clean-cut, customer-service-oriented Fiber Installation Technicians to join our growing team! As a 1099 contractor, you’ll handle new fiber installs (99% underground), including running drops, whole-home Wi-Fi setup, and installing an outlet or mesh unit installs when needed. Installs PAY 90 DROPS 65 – If you have a team that you want to bring onboard rates will be different and discussed during interview.
What to Expect:
- Job Types: New fiber installations (average install takes ~1.5 hours)
- Workload: 2-4 jobs per day, 5-6 days per week (No Sundays)
- Support for Travel Techs: Assistance available for techs willing to help launch new markets
Requirements:
- Experience with fiber installations or similar telecom work (preferred)
- Ability to handle underground drops and whole-home Wi-Fi setups
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and tools necessary for the job
- Willingness to travel (for market launches)
