Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to join the Acropolis OPA team! The Host/Hostess is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take reservations in person and over the phone, manage reservations using our OpenTable Ipad, take phone orders, and prepare tables for guest seating. At times, you will be asked to assist servers as well. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Answer questions about the menu and preparation
- Fulfill and expedite take out and online orders
- Manage reservations using our OpenTable app and Ipad
- Make reservations over the phone and in person
- Assist Servers when needed at times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess is helpful
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $16 - $18
