Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential cleaning and possess the ability to perform deep cleaning tasks. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct deep cleaning of carpets, floors, and upholstery as needed.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in both residential and commercial settings.
- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues or damages.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in commercial and residential settings preferred.
- Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to speak some Spanish preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
