At BMS CAT, a global leader in disaster restoration, we're looking for skilled subcontractors to join our team of experts. With over 70 years of experience, we've earned a reputation as a trusted partner for commercial and residential projects alike.
We require subcontractors with specialties in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work. Our work is often insurance-related, so it's essential that subcontractors carry the necessary commercial general liability insurance, including $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury coverage.
In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, we also need subcontractors to have business automobile liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 or an alternative policy covering bodily injury ($1,000,000), property damage ($500,000), and other relevant risks.
