We seek reliable subcontractors who specialize in various skills, such as cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work. These professionals must have commercial general liability insurance that meets our requirements, including $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury coverage.
In addition to these requirements, subcontractors must carry business automobile liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000 or an alternative policy addressing bodily injury, property damage, and other key aspects.
