We invite experienced subcontractors with expertise in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work to join our network. These professionals must hold commercial general liability insurance that satisfies our demands, including $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury coverage.
Additionally, subcontractors are required to carry business automobile liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 or an alternative policy addressing bodily injury, property damage, and other essential aspects.
