BMSS Advisors & CPAs is looking for a Recruiter to join the HR Team in the Ridgeland, MS office. This position will be responsible for building collaborative relationships across all divisions of the organization and will also be involved in campus recruitment activities.
Summary : The Recruiter is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources and works closely with other members of the HR team. This role will need to be in the office to facilitate interviews and the exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, this role will require frequent regional travel to attend campus recruitment events.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and a resourceful and driven professional to contribute to the overall growth and experienced talent acquisition of the Firm.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience. Previous experience in the world of public accounting preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Self-starter, highly organized, detail oriented, and can follow a proven process.
