BMSS, LLC is looking for a client-focused leader who values cultivating relationships internally and externally to join our financial due diligence and transaction advisory services team. BMSS was established in Birmingham in 1991 and has grown to become a top 100 advisory and CPA firm in the U.S. We have five locations in Alabama (Hoover, Downtown Birmingham, Gadsden, Huntsville, Mobile) as well as one in Mississippi (Ridgeland). This role can be based out of any of our locations.
What you will be doing :
You will be responsible for providing transaction advisory services to clients on both the buy-side and sale-side of transactions. Relationships are a critical cornerstone at BMSS, and this role will be responsible for creating and cultivating relationships internally among the team and externally with the client.
Our services include tax planning, compliance and assurance, merger, and acquisition, advisory, wealth management, accounting services, payroll, and IT Support. BMSS strives to give all clients "peace of mind" and believes in exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities :
- Perform financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
- Work in teams to consult with clients and their advisors throughout the transaction cycle
- Assist with post transaction integration services
