Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in our Westchester mobility dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and coordination of paperwork associated with vehicle sales and title transfers.
- Service Dept assistance: Willingness to learn automotive service software to create repair orders and billing.
- NYS DMV processes: Willingness to learn the New York DMV registration processes.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and funding sources to facilitate a smooth and positive experience in billing, sales and DMV documentation
- Deadline Management: Maintain a keen awareness of sales invoicing deadlines and upcoming bid/quote requests to prevent loss or disqualifications.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and other team players to ensure seamless communication and coordination in all matters related to DMV billing.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in office software and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DMV billing procedures and documentation is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
