Position Overview:

As a Vending Route Technician, you will be responsible for managing our vending routes, ensuring that our machines are fully stocked, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires someone who can work independently, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving. A positive personality and self-motivation are key traits for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Route Management: Drive to assigned locations and refill vending machines with inventory.

· Product Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels, order products, and restock warehouse as needed.

· Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any needs or concerns.

· Machine Maintenance: Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain vending machines to ensure they are functioning properly.

· Problem-Solving: Identify issues with machines and resolve them efficiently to minimize downtime.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, machine status, and customer service reports.

· Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure that all machines and routes are in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

· Must be an early riser with a flexible schedule.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

· Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.

· Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on vending machines.

· Reliable transportation to travel to various route locations.

· Physical ability to lift and carry inventory.

· Prior experience in customer service or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
