What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to maintain an efficient and smooth-running department.
- Accurately document customer concerns, service needs, and recommended repairs.
- Provide detailed cost and time estimates for repairs.
- Review service history and explain repairs to customers in a clear, professional manner.
- Test-ride motorcycles to verify repairs when necessary.
- Coordinate parts ordering and follow-up service appointments.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to build strong dealership relationships.
- Efficiently utilize our dealership’s service and parts management software.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motorcycle service experience required (powersports or dealership experience preferred).
- Must be a motorcycle enthusiast—riding experience is required!
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and reliability.
- Valid driver’s license.
