Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician with a strong background in the powersports industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing motorcycles—specifically BMW models—while ensuring all work meets factory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth diagnostics to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake servicing.
• Execute suspension work, electrical diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Utilize factory-approved tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs accurately.
• Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer concerns.
• Work closely with the service department to provide accurate repair estimates.
• Stay up to date with the latest BMW Motorrad service bulletins and technologies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a motorcycle technician in a dealership or professional setting.
• Valid Class M Driver's License (Motorcycle Endorsement) required.
• Expertise in BMW motorcycles is preferred; experience with other premium brands is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially with electronic systems.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to communicate effectively with service advisors, teammates, and customers.
• OEM certifications or factory training are a plus but not required.

Hours of Operation

• Sunday & Monday: Closed
• Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
