Morgan Auto Group is seeking a Loaner Car Customer Service Representative for our fast-paced fleet of Rental vehicles. Our Rental Customer Service Representatives assist in inventory of our rental fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean and ready to rent monitoring all aspects of the rental agreement process, ensuring vehicles are inspected upon return and assisting customers with excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Meeting Sales goals for Rental Department
- Daily Inventory Checks/Walks
- Cleaning, Fueling, and monitoring fleet maintenance and readiness
- Collaborating and communicating with other departments
- Attend to and guide new customers through the rental processes and agreements
- Inspect vehicles upon return and prepare for next use
- Create invoices and take payments
- Parking and organizing lot for inventory units
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time
- Occasionally run errands for the facility and travel to nearby store locations
- Effectively communicate and draft professional emails

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties include the following, but not limited to, as other duties may be assigned:
- Collect and verify proof of automotive insurance and valid driver’s license.
- Work with service department to ensure timely delivery and return of loaner cars.
- Send cars to detail when cleaning is needed.
