This role requires a deep understanding of diagnositics , vehicle maintenance, and the ability to navigate BMW technicial systems to read and interpret SI Bulletins and repair instruction. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, performing repairs, and ensuring high-quality service to our customers.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, focusing on BMW & Mini models.
- Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic or automotive technician, with a BMW Master Level Certification.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive service standards.
- Ability to read and interpret BMW Bulletins related to automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive service are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
