Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor at BMW of Fairfield, located in Fairfield, CA. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, offering solutions, handling client communications, and processing insurance documentation. The Client Advisor will also assist in guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Insurance documentation and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
