Job Purpose
Handles and directs incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
Direct messages to the appropriate advisors or managers and ensure that the messages have been received and acted on.
Confirm service appointments.
Schedule appointments as directed.
Make follow-up calls for CSI purposes.
Build and maintain knowledge of basic center information and act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information.
Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person.
Handle client complaints or refer to appropriate center employee as necessary for resolution.
Maintain a tidy reception desk area at all times.
Compose and prepare routine correspondence.
Maintain files and other records in a secure and confidential manner.
Provide backup support for the service department on an as-needed basis.
