Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer promptly a multi-line phone directing calls to the appropriate individual/department
- Respond to incoming emails timely
- Maintain a clean and organized receptionist area
- Maintain Guest Lounge Area
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and email correspondence
- Add New Car inventory into Tekion
- Make jackets for incoming new inventory
- Provide support to sales, parts and service teams as needed
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise referring the guest to the appropriate individual for further communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Experience with Tekion systems preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Attention in detail and accuracy in work
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
- The employee regularly is required to sit; reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Position is on-site
