Office Manager- Collision Center
Objective:
To oversee administrative activities within the Collision Center and ensure operations run effectively.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to Collision Center Manager
- Takes direction from the individual(s) who dispatch production based on the organization structure in place. (I.e. CSR, Collision Service Manager, or Production Manager)
- Directs lot attendants.
Responsibilities:
The individual filling this position is responsible for supporting the productivity of the technicians and maximum throughput of the vehicles by attending proactively to the following issues:
- Plan daily collision repair schedules to ensure efficient workflow
- Estimate repair time per job
- Meet customer deadlines
- Update clients daily on the progress of their vehicles through the collision shop
- Identify and solve quality issues and repair delays quickly
Skill Criteria:
- Basic knowledge of the repair process
- Experience with Microsoft Excell and Word
- Knowledge of CCC One
- Time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
Measurement Criteria:
- Monthly vehicle count
- Department productivity
- Gross Profit
