Service Valet Driver (Part time)
Summary
Genesis of Ridgefield is a new and upcoming store located in Norwalk, Ct with the need to hire a a customer service professional who wants to earn supplemental income.
This is a part time position consisting of valeting client vehicles as well as working in both of our dealerships BMW and Genesis to ensure clients needs are met with a timely and professional manner and 4 season experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a four seasons experiences with every customer interaction
- Pick up and deliver client vehicles in a timely manor
- Appropriately recording information of vehicles being checked in and out of valet trips
- Provide additional support to the service drive team
- Flexibility and commitment to the daily business needs
Requirements
- Must be 21 or over
- Tech savvy
- The ability to upload videos easily and email photos without a problem from your phone
- Able to pass our quality assurance check, including a background check, and drug test
- 1 year customer service
- Must own Android or iPhone
- Valid driver’s license
