BMW of San Francisco is in the heart of the iconic San Francisco City. We just completed the grand opening of the MINI dealership next to the BMW dealership. We operate a large volume dealership in a historic building preserved with its unique character and design.

Being a very high-profile dealership within the franchise, everyone here is striving to become a Center of Excellence store. We have the best selection of inventory and that couple by the drive makes this location a high energy great opportunity for anyone with ambition.

Our Sales Managers are required to greet every guest early and perform a golden handshake during the exit. Monitor customer traffic; internet, phone, or showroom and assign leads and assist in making every deal.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED

• Focused on customer experience REQUIRED

• Ability to lead a team to high potential through training and leadership REQUIRED

• Knowledge and drive to be involved in the acquisition of the car deal and not someone that is looking to sit on the desk REQUIRED

• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI REQUIRED

• Someone that is highly motivated to build a culture and is high energy to motivate the team everyday REQUIRED

• BMW or Mercedes, or Lexus etc / Highline experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

Schedule for this position:

Mon through Sat 9 - 7 and Sunday 10 - 6 are business hours. The Manager will typically work from 11 to close and have two days off between Mon - Thursday. All hands-on deck on Weekends and Last day of the month. Last week of the month everyone works 6 days.

The California pay range for this position is $12,000-17,000 a month

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes , and .
