What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Attendant position at BMW of South Albany?
We are seeking highly a motivated individual to join our team at BMW of South Albany for the position of full-time Valet Attendant. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, strong initiative, and be a team player, along with an excellent attendance record.
Job Duties:
- Greeting and directing customers
- Handing out claim tickets and managing keys
- Parking and retrieving vehicles while using the utmost care
- Organizing vehicles in the dealership’s lots
- Cleaning loaner service vehicles before delivery
- Basic car servicing (filling tires with air, checking batteries, vacuuming/washing, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Valid insurable driver's license. Previous valet experience in a dealership setting is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Ability to drive a manual transmission is also highly preferred but not required.
Must have a neat, professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
