This position will be responsible for handling Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention. You will receive comprehensive training both in-store and with our corporate offices to ensure your success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and internet leads, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring each client feels valued.
- Communicate with prospective sales clients until they are ready to schedule an appointment and visit the dealership.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and databases.
- Meet dealership standards for response time and set up sales appointments with all customers, focusing on long-term relationships.
