The new graduate trainee program is a dynamic 18-month rotational program designed for previous BMW interns. Through this immersive experience, trainees will gain valuable insights into the business processes, strategy, culture, and BMW Group brands from a local perspective. By rotating through various departments, trainees will develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations. This program provides an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career with the BMW Group.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Create, edit, and publish knowledge management articles to faq.bmwusa.com/My BMW App, faq.miniusa.com/My MINI App, and faq.bmwmotorcycles.com.
- Create new articles using BMW NA resources and revising select centrally developed US market applicable articles.
- Implement metadata tagging, categorization, and search optimization techniques to enhance content discoverability, focus keywords for SEO.
- Research FAQ sites of other OEMs to identify content opportunities to elevate and expand BMW Selfcare platform.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Previous Intern with BMW of North America (Rolls Royce, MINI, Motorrad), Financial Services, Bank, Designworks or Shared Services
- Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, no more than 14-months from an accredited college or university prior to the start of the program. Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
- Microsoft Office Suite competency with intermediate/advance working knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Intermediate/advance expertise in search engine optimization techniques and keyword search.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Ability to work full-time

Relocation is not available for this position.
This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The hourly rate for Master’s level Trainees is $34.78.
The hourly rate for Bachelor’s level Trainees is $26.57.
All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
