POSITION SUMMARY
Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Assemble and test various lithium-ion battery configurations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Maintain the highest quality of work and ensure the highest quality product is produced.
- Offer suggestions for improvement
- Pick orders as needed
- Additional responsibilities and tasks as advised by the Production Supervisor, Plant Manager, or the General Manager

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands, fingers, handle, or grasp; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Vision abilities required. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Early Day Shift Hours- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Late Shift Hours- 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be offered.
The noise levels in some manufacturing facilities frequently may exceed the normal dBA. Work conditions may include elevated noise levels requiring hearing protection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to some mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.
The employee may be required to wear safety glasses and possibly hearing protection, as well as proper grounding equipment to eliminate the chance of electro-static discharge.
