Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Educate customers on BNA Business Center's services and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve process efficiencies
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
