Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will interact with a variety of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and showcase our cutting-edge products and services. You will be an integral part of our sales team, promoting our company's vision and promoting our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store

• Quickly and efficiently identify customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions

• Engage customers in product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

• Educate customers on our product offerings and provide recommendations based on their requirements

• Achieve sales targets set by the company and assist in reaching overall store sales goals

• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including product displays and stock management

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers through phone calls, email, and social media to promote our products and services

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information

• Attend training seminars and workshops to continuously improve sales skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college education is a plus

• Minimum of 1-year retail sales experience in a technology-related field

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of technology products and services

• Organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
