Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing customers.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels.
- Liaison with website developers to make sure website is kept up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including articles, white papers, webinars, and other resources that showcase the firm's expertise.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Liaison with local college to help with recruiting
Customer Success:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing additional touch points to make sure they feel taken care of.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide strategic advice, identify opportunities to add value, and address any concerns or issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall client experience and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of services with client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in marketing and client relationship management, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and lead generation tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics.
- Knowledge of the accounting industry and its trends is a plus.
