Starting Salary Range: $63,795 - $86,797
Job Summary: The Supervisor Landside/Parking Operations is responsible for administering and enforcing MNAA's ground transportation policy to all ground transportation operators, supervising support staff, monitoring and management of parking and shuttle operations, monitoring and assisting with ticket lobby line management, customer service, landside/parking data tracking and reports, and inspections. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment for support staff and implementing procedures to ensure landside safety during construction and other abnormal conditions
Essential Job Duties:
- Maintains a safe working environment for support staff consistent with MNAA safety procedures.
- Supervises landside staff during evening and weekend operations.
- Interprets and enforces rules, regulations, and provisions of contracts, management and lease agreements, which includes providing direction for all parking operations and shuttle bus services.
- Interprets and enforces rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for landside facility operations.
- Implements procedures to ensure landside safety during construction and other abnormal conditions.
- Inspects and monitors terminal landside activities and parking facilities and services, and reports deficiencies to the appropriate agencies.
- Maintains ground transportation trip tracking system.
- Assists customers and tenants with facility and service needs.
- Directs and coordinates diversified landside/parking operational activities.
- Reports safety concerns or violations to the responsible division.
- Maintains regular on-time attendance.
- Follows all safety regulations.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field. Qualified experience may be substituted for degree.
- 1 to 3 years of airport administration, public parking, ground transportation services, or related experience
- Valid Driver License CLASS D
Preferred:
- Certified Member Program offered by American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
