We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our in-house cleaning team. As an In-House Cleaning & Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vacation rental properties. With a streamlined cleaning workflow, weekly direct deposit payroll, and ample support from our remote team, this position offers a stable and rewarding opportunity for cleaners who take pride in their work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties according to established workflows.
- Inspect units after cleaning to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Restock supplies in manager’s closets and maintain cleanliness in laundry rooms at each property.
- Manage towels, linens, and sheets, utilizing our inventory of duplicate sets for quick turnovers.
- Communicate directly with the remote support team for updates and assistance.
- Use centrally located office resources for supplies and cleaning products.
- Provide feedback and report any maintenance or property issues to the team.
- Be available for additional cleaning assignments when needed, including backup opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping (vacation rental experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes.
- Reliable transportation to access properties and the central office.
- Flexibility to manage same-day turnovers and occasional urgent requests.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying supplies.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
